RENTAL PROPERTIES:
ALL TENANTS ARE REQUIRED TO PAY A $200.00 DEPOSIT FEE. NO EXCEPTIONS. THE DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED WHEN SERVICES ARE CANCELLED AND THE BALANCE ON THE ACCOUNT IS ZERO. PLEASE SEND PAYMENT WITH COMPLETED APPLICATION.
South Jersey Fuel and Propane, hereinafter called the Company, hereby leases unto the consumer one set of LP Gas utilization equipment, which shall include all appurtenances installed by the Company. All equipment’s shall remain the sole property of the Company, and shall not be removed, disconnected, or in any way tampered with, nor shall any gas other than that of the Company be used with this equipment UNDER PENALTY OF LAW. The Consumer hereby grants the Company free right of ingress and access to the premises for all purposes necessary for the installation, maintenance and removal of the gas equipment in order to safeguard the Company’s interest. The Company shall not be held responsible for any interruption of gas service due to unpaid bills, storms, strikes, mechanical failures, domestic disturbances, acts of God, and other unforeseen occurrences. The Consumer shall be responsible in the amount of $75.00 per hundred pounds of storage provided, should the propane Company’s equipment be lost, stolen, or damaged while at the consumer’s premises. The Consumer shall also indemnify and hold the Company free and harmless from any and all claims for loss, damage, death or other casualty to either persons or property occasioned by reason of use of the Company’s services or equipment. The Consumer, while renting, agrees to leave a deposit on tank (s) until account is closed. The Company agrees to supply the total gas needs of the Consumer and the Consumer agrees to use the Company’s gas service for a period of one year, and five years for underground tanks. The Company shall have the right at all times during the term of this agreement to alter its schedule of rates and the Consumers classification. CONSUMER AGREES TO PAY FOR REMOVAL OF TANK(S) and any new taxes imposed upon the storage or use of gas service equipment at Consumer’s location by governmental bodies. During each calendar year the consumer agrees to purchase minimum revenue per 100 lbs. of gas for each 100 lbs. of storage provided at the prevalent rate classification for such consumption, thereby guaranteeing the Company minimum revenue per 100 gallons. NO CREDIT SHALL BE GIVEN IN THE EVENT THERE IS ANY GAS LEFT IN THE TANK UPON REMOVAL. This agreement shall be automatically renewed for additional one-year periods, unless terminated by either party upon written notice.
